MOUNDSVILLE -- There are new developments in the case of a 22-year-old New York man found dead in Marshall County.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Department conducted a ground search Thursday morning on Round Bottom Hill, the area where they found the badly-decomposed remains of Leo Lanci.

According to Chief Deputy Kevin Cecil, the search team is hoping to recover anything connected to the case...Lanci's missing back pack, a coat, or any other evidence.

Cecil said the lack of tips coming into the department is very disappointing, and he knows someone knows something.

If you have any information at all in this case, you are urged to call the anonymous tip line at 843-5422
