MOUNDSVILLE -- Marshall County investigators are now asking for help in the case of a man found dead in a rural part of the county.

Michael Yoho's family reported him missing Friday.

Monday morning, the 52-year-old New Martinsville man's body was found over a hill between Belton and Kausooth.

They said his 800-pound ATV was on top of him, and it had clearly crashed.

But Sheriff John Gruzinskas said investigators know that Yoho had severe injuries prior to the crash as a result of criminal activity.

If you have any information about the events leading to Yoho's death, please call the Marshall County Crime Tip Line at 304-843-5422 or call the 7 News/Lauttamuus Security Crime Fighters Tip Line at 1-800-223-0312.

Sheriff Gruzinskas said he’s hopeful that preliminary autopsy results will be available as early as this Friday.
