JACOBSBURG, Ohio -- It was a heart-wrenching case of animal abuse.

During the first week of September, two men in a pick-up truck reportedly stole a neighbor's kitten, then hurled it against a stop sign.

A witness gave a detailed description to the Belmont County Sheriff's Department, then the witness picked up the kitten and took it to the vet.

Now the two suspects, 21-year-old Joshua Richards of Jacobsburg and 20-year-old Cody Brunner of Powhatan are charged with animal cruelty.

7 News has learned the kitten is now back with its owner, and is expected to eventually make a full recovery.

First of all guys who do stuff like this are not men, they're not animals and not even cockroaches-they're something much lower. Just low-class, trash -from prue trash parents-and have to do something cruel to a helpless creature to feel big and strong because they usually have a tiny you-know-what.

Boys you just screamed to the whole world that you are hung like a pimple!

Watch out for those two boys in the pick-up truck girls--they really have NOTHING TO OFFER--find a REAL MAN.

St. Francis said it better but I will reiterate that first a kitten, then a puppy, then a child. Cruelty only escalates so it is too bad all they can be charged with is animal cruelty. Cruelty to their fellow man is certainly in their future and with soul less creatures such as this that is not far away.
