WHEELING -- A "B.E. Taylor Christmas" is returning to the Capitol Theatre.

After the Capitol closed two years ago, Taylor performed his Christmas concerts at Wesbanco Arena.

Now that the theater has reopened, he's coming back Dec. 22 and 23. Taylor said it's the perfect location because of the "intimacy" of the theater.
