WHEELING -- A local pharmacist is on trial in Ohio County for allegedly filling fraudulent prescriptions while working at DeFelice Care and Ohio Valley Medical Center.

Mark Gary is charged with four counts of obtaining controlled substances by fraud or misrepresentation, a felony.

His trial is in day two, with testimony continuing.

It is expected to be in the jury's hands sometime today.

He faces one to four years in prison on each count if convicted.
