STEUBENVILLE, Ohio -- A woman missing from Brooke County was picked up across the river Wednesday night by Steubenville police.
Penny Tittle, 44, of Point Breeze Dr., Bethany, was believed to have gone to the Urban Mission in Steubenville, became combative and left.
She has a medical condition and did not take her medicine, according to the Bethany Volunteer Fire Department.
A command post was set up Wednesday night in front of the field house at Bethany College as crews searched.
Ferguson said her family was picking her up from police.
