BLUEFIELD -- The Beavers have made it to the final four for the first time since 2007.
Coincidentally that was the same year they won the state title.
But Bluefield still has a lot to do before even thinking of a championship and that's beating this weeks opponent number two Magnolia.
“They’re tough a team,” junior quarterback Levi Beckett said. “It’s going to be a challenge because they’re really quick, but I have faith in my teammates.”
Sophomore running back Brad Fox is confident in his Beavers.
“They’re a good undefeated team, but I think if we play our game than we should beat them,” Fox said.
Magnolia’s defense has only given up a combined 33 points in the last five games.
“We know their defense is one of the best in the state, but I feel our offense can match up and be successful against them,” Bluefield Head Coach Fred Simon said.
