Deputies say Keith Elmer Anderson is a registered sex offender in Texas and was living in Ohio.

WINFIELD -- Keith Elmer Anderson, 51, of Camden, Ohio is charged with third degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a person of trust. He was arrested by deputies Friday night. Anderson is registered sex offender in Texas.

According to the criminal complaint, Anderson confessed to having sex with a 15 year old girl from Putnam County. The incident happened at the Economy Inn in Nitro. Her 13 year old sister was also in the motel room.

The criminal complaint further states that Anderson met the girl's mother on the internet. A relationship didn't work out, so Anderson traveled to Putnam County to meet the two girls.

Viagra and K-Y Jelly were found at the scene along with explicit text messages on a cell phone. More charges and arrests are pending. Anderson is in the Western Regional Jail.

Anderson's bond is set at $200,000.

People like this is the ones who get out freely. and can do it 6 or 7 times and still be OUT OF JAIL. Then you got the ones who get caught with some pot, or other drugs and you see they get 10 years in prison. Man our law system is really here to protect huh? It really is sad the things you see people do, and still is OKAY, and the ones who are doing something thats NOT making the government money getting punished, its sooo sooo sooo SAD

The worst thing about this is that i know the man and my husband worked with him. I always knew there was something strange about him. And if he would have ever touched one of my kids he would not have liked it too much, but the sad part of it is he has a young daughter(under 5). he does need to be castrated he is a sick person and i hope he gets what is coming to him

How disgusting. This 'man' should have his hands, tongue, toes and genitals removed and save the people money on giving these sick, nasty sickos a free home for however many yrs they are to serve. THEN ,they get out and go DIRECTLY back to being the same sicko, if not worse due to yrs of thinking behind bars. I am so tired of reading about things of this nature. I feel so bad for the two teens. He would be found in pieces had this been my girls.
