BENWOOD -- Driving in these bad conditions can be troublesome for anyone, but imagine being caught allegedly drunk behind the wheel with a young child in your car.

According to Sgt. Zac Hill with the Benwood Police Department, David Michael Sexton, 25, was picked up for DUI with a minor in his vehicle and driving while suspended.

"Sexton was picked up just after midnight on Roosevelt Avenue with his 9-year-old boy in the car, but he was arrested without incident," said Hill.

Sexton was released from the West Virginia Northern Regional Jail on $1,500 bond.
